Itinerary: Tashkent – Khiva – Bukhara – Shahrisabz – Samarkand – Tashkent 9 days/8 nights old cities with history, museum, but with eye catching modern changes

Tour Detail

Itinerary: Tashkent – Khiva – Bukhara – Shahrisabz – Samarkand – Tashkent

Day 1: (TASHKENT)

Arrival to Tashkent International airport. Meeting and transfer to Hotel (check in time at 14:00). Short excursion: Amir Temur square,  Independence square, Museum of the History of Uzbekistan.

Overnight in Tashkent.

  Day 2: (TASHKENT-KHIVA)

Early breakfast. Transfer to Tashkent domestic airport at 05h40 for morning flight to Urgench by HY-1051 at 07h00-08h40. Arrival in Urgench. Transfer to Khiva (35km). Accommodation in the Hotel. Sightseeng tour over "Museum under the open sky»:  Ichan-Kala architectural complex (12-19thc), the Residence of the last Khan including Ismail Khodja mausoleum, Mohammed Amin Khan madrasah, Kunya-Ark Castle (16-17thc), Kalta Minor tower, Tash-Hovli Palace (19thc), Pakhlavan Makhmud mausoleum (14-18thc), Juma mosque (10thc).

Overnight in Khiva. 

  Day 3: (KHIVA - BUKHARA)

Breakfast. Transfer to Bukhara via the Kizil-Kum desert along Caravan Road (480km, 5-7hrs). Arrival in Bukhara. Accomodation at the Hotel. Free time for leisure.

Overnight in Bukhara.

  Day 4: (BUKHARA)

Breakfast. City tour: Citadel Ark, Mausoleum of Samanid’s (9-10thc), Chashma Ayub, Bolo-Hauz mosque (beginning of the 20thc), Coumpol bazaar. Lunch in the national restaurant. Continuation of city tour program: Lyabi Khauz ensemble (14-17thc), which consists of a pool, Honako of Nodir Divan Begim, Kukeldash madrasah, Nodir Divan Begi madrasah. Minaret Kalon (12-14thc), Kalon mosque (15thc), Medrese Miri Arab (16thc).

 Dinner with national folklore in Nadir-Divan-Begim madrassah.

 Overnight in Bukhara. 

  Day 5: (BUKHARA)

Breakfast. A trip out of the city: visit to the Bakhouddin Nakshband mausoleum (16-19thc), to the sepulchers of his mother and his preceptor (14thc),  Emir's Summer Residence Sitorai Mohi-Khosa (19thc), memorial necropolis Chor Bakr (10thc).

Overnight in Bukhara. 

Day 6: (BUKHARA-SHAHRISABZ-SAMARKAND) 400 km

Breakfast. Transfer to Samarkand via Shahrisabz (290km, 4-5hrs). City tour: ruins of Ak-Saray Palace (14-15th c.), Dor-ut Saodat complex:  Khazratiy Imam mosque (14th c.), Jahongir mausoleum (14th c.), Dor-ut Tillavat complex (15-16thc) : Gumbazi-Seiidan, Kok Gumbaz mosque (15thc). Transfer to Samarkand (110km, 2hrs). Accomodation at the Hotel.

Overnight in Samarkand.

  Day 7: (SAMARKAND)

Breakfast.  City tour: Registan square which consists of Medrese Ulugbek (15thc), Medrese Shir-Dor (17thc) and Medrese Tilla-Kori (17thc), Ulugbek Observatory. Excavations and museum of the ancient city of Afrosiab, architectural complex Chakhi-Zinda (11-15thc), mausoleum Guri Emir - Tamerlane's Tomb (14-15thc), Bibi-Khanum mosque.

Overnight in Samarkand. 

  Day 8: (SAMARKAND-TASHKENT)

Breakfast. Transfer to Tashkent city (300 km, 4-5hrs). Accomodation at the Hotel. Sightseeng over Tashkent city: Barakhan madrassah, the Kaffal-Shoshi mausoleum (15th c.), Kukeldash madrassah (16th c.), the Djuma mosque (9th c.).

Farewell dinner behalf of “CA-Mille Tours Excursions” company.

Overnight in Tashkent.

  Day 9: (TASHKENT)

Breakfast (Check out time at 12:00). Transfer to Tashkent International Airport for flight to next destination (according to time table).

80% refund if cancel within 6 days before tour starts.

50% refund if cancel within 5 days before tour starts.

NO refund if cancel within 3 days before tour starts.

Guests can get full refunds at any time of cancellation prior to the actual date of the tour if that cancellation is due to a Force Major reason. Force Major reasons include but are not limited to war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake, and natural disasters.
