Unforgettable Seven days in Georgia

Day 1: Tbilisi 


- Arrive in Tbilisi

- Our driver will meet you at the airport and transfer to the hotel

-After short breaks an excursion in evening Tbilisi
-The sightseeing tour will start from the church Metekhi, where Georgian queen Tamar prayed. Here in front of you opens the most picturesque view of Old Tbilisi

- After, going up by the rope-way, we’ll visit the ancient fortress Narikala.  It is the best-known place of Old Tbilisi, that fortress is "soul of City ". Fortress is located on Sololaki hill with panoramic view of the city

-Then we will visit an important historical part of the city Abanotubani, where the well-known sulfuric baths are located. The design of these sulfur baths is interesting – it is executed in style of east and often call them the Turkish baths
-  We will continue our walk towards famous street Sharden

-  Walking on Bridge of Peace. It is made of a metal framework and completely covered with glass. The bridge is beautiful as day and as night because here is the whole interactive light system. Bridge of Peace is entered into the list of the best bridges of the world

-Then visit ‘Mtatsminda’(Mta - mountain, Tsminda - saint) - one of the highest spots that opens up the most magnificent views on the city. This mountain hill is also the host to St. Father David’s Cathedral (‘Mama Daviti’) - Georgia’s pantheon.

-Have a dinner in Georgian traditions restaurants (Pay Yourself)

TBILISI

Day 2

- In the morning meeting with Guide and Driver

- At The First visit at the Georgian National Museum which  presents internationally significant collections of art and dynamic, changing exhibitions, providing audiences with inspiration and knowledge of the wonderful world of culture, art, science and education.

 Open Air Museum of Ethnography extends on 52 hectares and includes 14 traditional architectural exponents from different regions of Georgia. Along with the architectural monuments, there are presented more than eight thousand ethnographic exponents including: Family - Household items; different tools; textile, ceramics and also precious collections of Sioni Cathedral Basilica and tomb stones.
- Have Time for launch (Pay Yourself)

-After lunch visit The National Botanical Garden of Georgia, it is a leading research, cultural-educational and nature conservation institution in the country.  The royal garden collections comprised ornamental and medicinal plants. At present the garden collections include over 4,500 species and infraspecific taxa of the flora of the Caucasus and other regions of the world.

-Have a dinner in Georgian traditions restaurants (Pay Yourself)

TBILISI►MTSKHETA◄TBILISI

Day 3


- Meeting with guide in the morning

-Departure to an ancient capitals of Georgia 

-You will see at thefirst  Jvari  “Monastery of the Cross” located at the top of the hill. The monastery was built in the 6th century.

- After departure to Svetitskhoveli’scathedral, which apart from its architectural beauty, also famous for the fact that it keeps the ‘Tunic of the Lord’ and ‘Holy Cross’ that was made from the wooden part of the cross on which Jesus was crucified.
-Drive to Tbilisi

- In the evening you have chance to walk on the river Mtkvari with a Float BORANI and have an Unforgettable dinner (Pay yourself)

TBILISI► VARDZIA-AKHALCIKHE◄TBILISI

Day 4

- Meeting with  guide ın the mornıng
- First of all visit  to Vardziya, magnificent cave town and monastery site in southern Georgia, excavated from the slopes of the Erusheti Mountain on the left bank of the Mtkvari River. The main period of construction was the second half of the twelfth century. The caves stretch along the cliff for some five hundred meters and have up to nineteen tiers.

-We will return to Akhatsikhe to see the Rabati Fortress.

- Have a time for lunch and taste Georgian cuisine 

 - After Lunch tour in Rabati Fortress -  it   is a genuine cultural and historical complex on the square of seven hectares. The territory of the fortress is divided into a lower modern part and upper historical one. The lower part has shops, cafes, restaurant and a hotel. The upper part comprises of Akhmediye mosque (18th century), an Orthodox church (19th century), Djakeli palace, and the History Museum. 
- Return to Tbilisi

TBILISI►UPLISCIKHE-GORI◄TBILISI

Day 5

- Meeting with guideand Driver in the mornıng

Departure from Tbilisi to Gori.The original fortress, constructed on a hilltop, was named Gori and was mentioned in the Georgian chronicles as early as the VII century. Just after the XI century the area became an active center for trade. According to some historians, this was due to David the Builder founding the town

-At the first  visit the historic fortress stands on a rocky hill in the center of Gori. In historic manuscripts the fortress is first mentioned in the XIII century as “Gori Prison.”

-After depart to Uplistikhe, It  is a rock-hewn city, located just 10 km east of Gori, on the left bank of the river Mtkvari. One of the oldest settlements in the Caucasus region, Uplistikhe is first mentioned within the pages of history in the VII century. Uplistiskhe and its surrounding archeological and architectural monuments belong to a distinct group, the oldest of which dates back to the early Bronze Age, and are considered to be relics of the Kura-Araxes culture.

- Have Lunch time (pay by yourself)

-After Lunch visit Soviet leader Joseph Stalin’s Museum - founded in 1937 and contains 60,000 exhibits. The museum includes the memorial house where Stalin is believed to have been born, an exhibition building, and Stalin’s personal train car, in which he traveled to Tehran, Yalta and Potsdam. The museum also houses Stalin’s personal belongings.

- Return to Tbilisi

Day 6

-Meeting with guide in the morning

- Departure from Tbilisi to Kakheti.Kakheti is the center of the Georgian winemaking. On the way you will enjoy from view of the gardensthat covered with plant, vineyards and extensive fields

- You will  visitSignagi - the city of love which is well-known for unique architecture. Signagi serves as a popular tourist destination due to its location at the heart of Georgia, as well as its picturesque landscapes, pastel houses and narrow, streets. Signagi overlooking the Alazani Valley. You will pleasant with panoramic view of the city

-Wine Company Twines Wine Cellar in Napareuli. Wine making in the company is based on Kakhetian method of wine production and follows family traditions of wine making. Master classes in that company and degustation 5 variety of wine.

- Further you will visit Tsinandali–I is historic winery which once belonged to the 19th-century aristocratic poet Alexander Chavchavadze.  He built Georgia’s oldest and largest winery where he combined European and centuries-long Georgian winemaking traditions; Degustation 5 varieties of wine.

Day 1: Tbilisi
