Tour Detail

Day 1 • Queen Alia airport – Amman 

Upon arrival, a member of our staff will meet you at Queen Alia International Airport for assistance with customs and immigration procedures. We then head to Amman for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 • Amman – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Dead Sea – Karak – Petra

Breakfast at your hotel, this morning we will head to Madaba the “City of Mosaic” which was mentioned in the bible to visit St. George church where you can admire the famous 6th Century mosaic map of the Holy Land as well as other numerous restored Byzantine and Herodian Mosaics in the Madaba Archaeological Park, churches and Madaba Museum. Continue to Mt. Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. If the weather will be clear, it will be possible to see Mt. of Olives, Jericho and the roofs of Jerusalem. Then descend to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth for a short swim with lunch, continue through the King’s Highway to Petra for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 • Petra

Breakfast at your hotel, this morning we will head to Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World 2007. Our tour begins by the Siq, Treasury, Street of Facades, Royal Tombs, Roman Theatre, Byzantine Church, and depending on your personal abilities, The Monastery "Ad Deir" (900 steps).  Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 • Petra

Breakfast at your hotel, head to Petra for a second full day visit with access by al Madras, including the High Place of Sacrifice, Wadi Farasa, Great Temple and Royal Tombs, (this trail has a moderate grade of difficulty). Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 • Petra – Little Petra – Wadi Rum

Breakfast at your hotel, head to Little Petra and visit "Siq al Barid", an ancient town entirely excavated in stone. During Nabatean Times it was used as a deposit for their caravans. We then continue to the magnificent Desert of Wadi Rum for three hours jeep tour, it is also known as The Valley of the Moon, is a valley cut into the sandstone and granite rock in south Jordan. In the West, Wadi Rum may be best known for its connection with British officer T. E. Lawrence, which described it as "Vast, echoing and God-like". Dinner and overnight at a fixed campsite, the right place to admire the stunning sky of Wadi Rum.

Day 6 • Wadi Rum – Aqaba – Amman

Breakfast at your campsite, in the morning we will meet up with our driver and head to Aqaba the only open sea in Jordan, it is also a duty free city, we will have an optional activities; you may enjoy a four hours Glass boat excursion including snorkeling and lunch, or you can enjoy a swim at one of the Resorts and maybe go for shopping. Then we head to Amman for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 • Amman (City Tour) – Jerash – Amman

Breakfast at your hotel, this morning we will drive around the city of Amman many people call it the city of contrasts. The capital is built on 7 hills like Rome. We will visit the Citadel, the Roman Theatre and the Archaeological Museum. We will then head to Jerash and explore the largest and most well-preserved sites of Roman architecture in the world outside Italy. To this day, its colonnaded streets, baths, theaters, plazas and arches remain in exceptional condition. In the afternoon we will ride back to Amman for a farewell dinner and overnight.

Day 8 • Amman – Queen Alia airport

Breakfast at your hotel, today we will head to Queen Alia airport depending on your flight schedule for departure with the assistance of our airport representative.
