OVERVIEW
At arrival to Gobustan you will be surprised with brand new, modern and very informative museum. After visiting the museum you will see the actual petroglyphs of Gobustan. We can proudly say that this is going to be the oldest thing that you have ever seen in your life. Of course on the way we will see the roman inscription from 1th century which was left there by emperor Domitianus army. Off-road driving will be finished by climbing the mountain by car to reach the volcanoes. Once you are here you will be surprised that:

- This is look like a moon landscape

-The volcanoes are extremely cold

After exploring the territory, taking the pictures, observing how bubbles of mud comes out from the ground and flowing down, we’ll head back to the Fire temple.
During the ride he will tell you interesting stories about city and cite. At the arrival to a pentagonal complex Temple of fire in Surakhani, you will see a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and castle-like religious temple-altar in the middle. Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. The name refers to the fact that the site is situated atop a now-exhausted natural gas field, which once caused natural fires to spontaneously burn there as the gas emerged from seven natural surface vents. Today, the fires in the complex are fed by gas piped in from Baku.
After visiting the Fire temple we will head to the Gala open air museum. Sharing the impressions about sightseeing we will get the very old Gala village. There you will see a huge complex with 3 museums in it - open air ethnographic museum, Defensive Castle of 12th century and Museum of art from waste to art .Our guide will help you not to stray in the area. The museum’s area is 1.2 hectares. There are ancient dwellings ,stone and clay houses,  movable tents made of animal skins, old bakery, market, pottery and other interesting medieval buildings. All this you can see, touch ,take photos even try to bake bread in the oven rough, smear yourself with clay or to feed the camels, horses and donkeys, peacefully resting in the stalls.
The next destination after Gala museum is Burning hills. Enjoying the interesting passage from highway to village roads and from village around oil derricks we will arrive the fascinating place in Mahammadi village, where the hill has been burning non stop for 16 CENTURIES!!! Natural gases comes out a hill set on fire...It has especially great view during the night time.
