All the highlights of Uganda! Tour Detail

Day 1:Arrival    10mins

On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your Guest House for an overnight.Overnight at the Karibu Guest House (B)

 Day 2:  Transfer to Zziwa rhino sanctuary   - Murchison Falls National Park 5-6hrs
After breakfast at 7:00am, you will be on your way North to Murchison Falls National Park. Have stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.  The Rhino trek takes 1-2 hours and you will get an opportunity of viewing them at close quarters. Have a lunch thereafter then proceed Fort Murchison for dinner and overnight B-L-D

Day 3: Game drive and Boat cruise
Enjoy a half-day game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, with chances of seeing elephants, giraffes, lions, hartebeests and a variety of birds. After lunch we will go on a Nile cruise for game viewing at close quarters. Dinner and overnight at Fort Murchison(B-L-D)

Day 4: Delta Cruise and Evening game drive
Set off for the delta cruise at 7:00 am enjoy a cruise downriver to the delta where the Nile empties into Lake Albert. After lunch have an evening game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Fort Murchison (B-L-D)

Day 5: Drive to Kibale Forest National Park  8 hrs    
After a leisurely breakfast head towards Fort Portal with lunch en route. We continue to the dense forest of Kibale National Park. Dinner and Overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale Cottages (B, L, D)
   
Day 6:    Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp walk
A sensational chimp tracking in the morning. After lunch we transfer to Bigodi for a completely different walk.  Dinner and Overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale Cottages (B, L and D)

Day 7:    Kibale Forest - Queen Elizabeth National Park (3 hours)
Pass the crater lakes area, a beautiful landscape with small lakes and rolling hills. We continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Dinner and Overnight at the Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge (B, L, and D)

Day 8:   Lion Experiential Project and Evening game drive
A lion experiential project and after lunch, head for an evening game drive. Dinner and Overnight at Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge B-L-D

Day 9:    Game drive and Boat cruise
A morning game drive and head to the mating ground of the Uganda Kobs. After lunch. In the afternoon we take on a boat along the Kazinga Channel. Dinner and Overnight at Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge B-L-D

Day 10:  Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi National Park    7 hrs
After breakfast head to Bwindi National Park, the home of the mountain gorillas.  Dinner and overnight at Lake Mutanda Resort (B-L-D)

Day 11      Gorilla Tracking
Arise early today and prepare for the highlight of your safari, an unforgettable encounter with the gentle giants of Bwindi! After breakfast, transfer to the national park offices where you will be allocated a gorilla family in groups of 8 as well as a gorilla tracking guide.
After a pre-tracking briefing by your guide touching on the gorillas generally, your assigned gorilla family as well as appropriate safety precautions, you drive or walk to the trailhead for the start of a thrilling adventure – participants can expect to walk long distances in steep and sometimes muddy conditions  with rain overhead, which can be tough and require a degree of fitness, however the thrill of coming face to face with a giant Mountain Gorilla silverback far more than makes up for the effort in their quest. Granted the time taken can be quite unpredictable taking anything from 2 to 8 hrs or longer. You will have packed lunch from the lodge for this hike. Upon sighting the gorillas, you spend the allowed one hour with them as they go about their daily life; feeding, moving, playing, raising their young and sometimes wrestling by the juveniles – it is a totally unique and unforgettable experience!  Coming face to face with a giant mountain gorilla is truly the most genuinely breathtaking wildlife experience on earth!
Afterwards, you hike back to base from where you will be transferred back to the lodge for a well-deserved shower, some time to relax and a great dinner.Dinner and Overnight at Lake Mutanda Resort (B, L, D)


Day 12      Batwa Trail -  Lake Bunyonyi 5hrs
Head out to the Batwa Trail, a firsthand introduction to one of the most unique cultures worldwide -The Batwa pygmies. After lunch head to Lake Bunyonyi the second deepest lake in Africa, arriving in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Bird nest Lodge B-L-D

Day 13:    Canoe ride – Lake Mburo National Park   6hrs
Embark on a canoe ride expedition taking in breathtaking views of various islands before transfering to Lake Mburo National Park after lunch arriving in the early evening. Look out for game as you proceed to your accommodation place.  Dinner and Overnight at Rwakobo Rock  B-L-D

Day 14: Nature walk and Boat cruise
A nature walk in the park look out for game like Zebras, Bushbucks amongst others. After lunch you will go on a boat ride on the lake and enjoy the rich bird life and the many hippos that are cooling off. Dinner and Overnight at Rwakobo Rock B-L-D

Day 15: Lake Mburo National Park – Entebbe    5 Hours
Breakfast and then head back to Entebbe; you will have a stopover for lunch and at the Uganda Equator arriving in the evening. Overnight at Karibu Guest House B-L-D

Day 16:  Departure back home
Breakfast and then enriched with an experience of a lifetime and unforgettable memories you will say goodbye to the Pearl of Africa.

80% refund if cancel within 40 days before tour starts.

50% refund if cancel within 30 days before tour starts.

NO refund if cancel within 7 days before tour starts.

Tour Detail
